The Affordable Solution for PC Support & Training.
Our PC Helpdesk service allows you to invite us to connect your PC so that we can see your screen and share control - just as if we were in the room with you.
We will send you an email containing a link to download a small program to allow our office to connect with your PC.
The service is totally secure. We can only connect at your request using a PIN code that you will provide.
Once the connection is dropped by you or us we cannot connect again without you providing another PIN number.
Situations where PC Helpdesk could help you:
- You are receiving error messages on screen.
- Programs are failing to respond or not acting as you would expect.
- You are concerned about your available hard disk space.
- You need advice on managing your files, folders and general housekeeping.
- You would like an assessment of how well protected your system is against viruses and intrusion.
- You need advice on using features of your installed software such as Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Microsoft Works, web browser etc.
- You want to ensure that your emails, contacts & favourites are safely backed up.
PC Helpdesk Pricing
Our PC Helpdesk service is charged at a rate of €5.00 per 15 minutes, making it the cheapest way to get PC support or training.
If we are unable to fix a problem remotely we guarantee that there will be a maximum charge of €10.00 and we will recommend a course of action to resolve the issue.
